Our partners, on its own merit, are one of the major players in marine industries for South-East Asia, thus allowing the Company to tap the market of becoming one of the marine suppliers for all type of oil & gas upstream activities, from maintenance and shutdown to installation and hook-up works in Malaysia and throughout the world.
The Company is also capable to do various contracting works for the shipyards, namely shipbuilding and ship repair works. We have the capability and capacity to provide professionals and skilled trades to work with fabricators on standard vessels to highly sophisticated projects. Our highly professional teams are capable of managing, and building fast track, turnkey projects, including all disciplines: civil, mechanical and structural etc. Our track record of working with owners, designers, and marine contractors has earned the respect as a highly skilled and productive company to various projects in the region. For the marine infrastructure, ENERSEA is able to design and construct fabrication yards, jetties, skidways, bulkheads, warehouses, storage facilities, etc. for shipyards and ports. The Company was involved in “Proposed Yard Development Projects – Infrastructure & Facilities” as a subcontractor, whereby the first phase for expansion program was to upgrade the fabrication yard facilities including the 2-storey office block with carpark, workshop open space fabrication area, canteen, material warehouse and all associate infrastructure including the genset house.
The scope of works cover design of infrastructure and facilities such as car park, street lighting gen-set house, painting and blasting shed; preparation for site investigation requirement; preparation for submission to authority for approvals include EIA, Development Plan, Building Plan and Occupant Certificate; Liaison with contractor and client; Design of the road and car park conform to JKR’s “Guidelines to the Design of Road”, including the requirements for street lighting, whereas the genset house is in line to the requirements of TNB, Bomba and other local authorities.
